Was David Letterman wise to confess his affairs on his show?

- There are two schools of thought on this: deny, deny, deny due to legal ramifications, or full disclosure that aborts the extortion. I also feel that, if Letterman were a typical manager or employee that had sex with employees, he would be discharged with cause.
